We’ve listened to feedback from our customers and are pleased to confirm that, from 26th June 2018, we’ve changed our contact number in order to reduce the amount it costs to phone BES Utilities.

Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as a local call from landlines, and are generally covered by the inclusive minutes on mobile plans. Please check with your network provider for full details on call charges.
