Following our recent recruitment drive, last week we welcomed our first intake of new starters for the first phase of their BES Academy Training.
We’re delighted that, following an intensive week of modules including the BES customer journey, customer excellence and telephone techniques and complaint handling, all 21 delegates successfully completed their assessments and were presented with certificates by Operations Director, Michael Dugdale, and Head of Regulation & Compliance, Joel Chapman.
The next stage of training before individuals join their teams will focus on key operational processes and using our systems in a classroom environment, with support from business experts.
